Logistic officer

Exporting, delivery procedure:
+ Contact customer for getting and checking information about orders before shipping out and do customs declaration.
+ Responsible for the accuracy of documents and confirmation information in Customs declaration.
+ Arrange vehicle, ship mode for delivery.
+ Execute shipment process on D365 system.
+ Receive order information and arrange shipping & customs procedures to deliver customers.
+ Update shipping documents on deptshare and provide fully once having the request.
+ Coordinate shipping with customs agent for clearance and delivery.
Keep record of shipment for payment and import- export documentation.
Perform related tasks in the Logistics department when assigned.
Report fully issues arise if any.
Solve problems related to shipments.
Checking and make payment for transportation agents.
Working experience:
· Experience working with forwarders, warehouses, and trucking providers
· Solid understanding of import- export documents, customs procedures, Incoterms, and HS Code.
· College/University degree in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
· Minimum 2 years experience in logistics/import- export (manufacturing company or forwarder).
Skills and Personal Quality
· Problem- solving, time management skills.
· Good at Microsoft Office; ERP system is a plus.
· Detail- oriented, responsible, enthusiasm.
· English communication.
· Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
