Logistics Accountant Executive

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team. The role is to handle following task lists related to Freight Solution,
Integrated Logistic,
Logistics product for accounting books for Ben Line Vietnam
- Any and all other responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as assigned by Liner accountant lead.
- Preparing profit reports and other internal reports to submit to manager and principal timely;
- Ensuring all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner;
- Following up revenue and producing weekly / monthly collection report;
- Preparing weekly/ monthly Principal SOA reports and tasks related to meet principal’s requirement;
- Preparing order of payment and sending request for approval;
- Handling, closely with other departments, any matter related to payments and collections;
- Co- ordinating and performing the day- to- day activities in accounting department;
- Verifying accounting documents to make sure payment / collection compliant to the principal policy as well as current/applicable tax regulations;
- Verifying vessel documents to make sure all are sufficient, compliant to Vietnamese law;
- Maintaining and reconciling accounting books related to AR,AP, GL and ensuring that reconciliation is completed on a monthly basis;
- Verifying calculations and inputting into the Accounting system in an accurate manner;
- Receiving and processing all invoices, expenses forms and requests for payment;
