Logistics Executive (7-Month Contract)

Monitoring and control Third party logistics provider (3PL) to manager distribution centers

Monitoring products status in warehouse correct with SAP any time
Optimization warehouse capacity at any time
Follow up and tracking product in – out follow FEFO principle and control aging of product
Work with 3PL to ensure data for In – Out – Inventory on time and accurate

Sale order processing

Follow up and tracking progress of sale orders from distributors vs. shipment plan and report timely
Optimize truck delivery planning (maximize full- truck- load)
Processing Sale order from distributors follow sale order process

Report sell in for daily and monthly

Warehouse Transactions
Proceed transaction warehouse issuing / Receipt base on request from relevant fuctions

Process Improvement

Participate in developing and updating logistics processes.

Capability requirement:
Establish objective: define prior objective. Develop plan to gain objective.
Focus on customers.
Skills requirement:
Good solving problem skill.
Ability to summarize sales data in report.
Proficient at analysing sales data.
Computer skill: good in MS. Office, email, internet
Listening, read and writing good in English.
Qualification and Experience
At least 1- 2 years experiences in logistics in FMCG.
College graduates or higher
Age/Gender/ Other requirement
Work independently and effectively toward.
Strong commitment to business ethics.
Male or female from 24 to 30 age, good looking, normal healthy.
Integrity and honesty, highly self- confidence is required.
