Logistics Executive

Location:SCS Building, Lot T2- 4, D1 Road, Saigon Hi- tech Park, Ho Chi Minh city
Mon- Fri (8AM- 5PM)

Support management in documenting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Transportation and EXIM activities.
Ensure all shipments (inbound & export) adhere to US import/export rules and all current local customs requirements.
Execute local EXIM activities, such as applying for Import Permits and licenses, and ensure the retention of all necessary shipping documentation.
Handle customer complaints related to deliveries and provide appropriate corrective actions.
Perform timely inbound shipment processing and outbound delivery transactions (SAP & WMS) to support customer fulfillment.
Conduct regular self- audits and health checks on Transportation and EXIM processes, reporting results and issues to the operations manager.Perform any other assigned activities and projects.
Follow up on international freight discrepancy cases, including raising claims for damages caused by forwarders until case closure.

College/University degree in Import/Export, Logistics, or equivalent majors.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the import/export field, preferably gained at freight forwarding companies.
The interviews will be conducted in English.
Proficient in English communication (written and spoken), equivalent to TOEIC 700+
Knowledge of WMS and SAP (SAP training will be provided).
Knowledge of Drop- shipping/Cross- docking models.
Proficient in Excel (understanding formulas and functions).

Annual Leave: 12 days (per year)- 100% salary during probation period.- 13th- month salary, calculated from the start date of the probation period.- Full statutory insurance contributions (Social, Health, Unemployment Insurance) based on 100% of the gross salary.
Probation Period: 2 months
