Logistics Officer (Inventory)

Working schedule: 08:00- 17:00 from Monday to Saturday
Working location: VSIP 2 Industrial Zone, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong (no shuttle bus service)

Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and support tasks across different warehouse blocks.
Prepare items for destruction, coordinate with vendor, and update system inventory accordingly.
Compare inventory data between Maersk system and customer’s system.
Participate in new projects to set up and test operational processes.
Report system and stock issues; follow supervisor’s instructions to align system inventory with physical stock.
Design and send inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly) based on customer requests.
Adjust inventory for discrepancies found during inbound, picking, packing, cycle count, or ad- hoc cases.
Perform cycle count & stock count: create tasks in system, assign to Ops team, check variances, and finalizes.
Edit location master data upon request.
Conduct housekeeping: consolidate low- quantity items and slow- moving/old- season stock to optimize space.
Support deployment of new operations as requested.
Transfer inventory between different channels (B2B/B2C).

Energetic, proactive, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail- oriented, strong in data processing and analysis.
Good English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferably with background or certification in Supply Chain & Logistics.
Fresh graduates with internship experience in warehouse or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience.
