Logistics Operation Specialist (Nhân Viên Chứng Từ)

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support smooth workflow.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
• Track cargo movements, including outbound shipments and vessel arrival timelines.
• Communicate with customers to verify shipment schedules and export plans.
• Take responsibility for preparing reports related to assigned operational activities.
• Issue sea and air bills of lading, and handle AMS, VGM, AFR, ISF, and other required filings.
• Liaise with overseas agents to send quotations, exchange shipment- related documents, and process debit / credit notes.
• Coordinate with shipping lines to check vessel schedules, secure bookings, and monitor shipment status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and especially overseas agents.

• At least 03 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding operations preferred
• Solid knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and regulatory guidelines, Trans- Pacific is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, MS Office, and logistics systems is an advantage, female preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure.
