Logistics Specialist

Prepare all documents for import- export process such as PO, Sales contract, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Customs Clearance, Insurance & Certificate of Origin, LC, ETC..).
Manage warehouse operation to ensure comply with company&039;s policies and requirements.
Liaise with customers authorities, depots and CO issuing agents.
Do other tasks as manager required.
Coordinate forwarders, express agents, trucking vendors to manage the shipments smoothly.

Have knowledge in import & export, logistics & LC payment section.
Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in this field.
Bachelor’s degree in Import/Export, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Honest, dynamic, able to withstand high work pressure, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
