Lounge Manager

Primary Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for food, beverage, and amenities.
Track sales, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
Oversee day- to- day lounge operations, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.
Manage lounge budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events, seasonal offers, or new menu items. Support brand initiatives to enhance lounge visibility and guest engagement.
Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures.

Knowledge and Experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
