Maintenance Engineer

Support the Plant Manager in repairing and maintaining mechanical systems, machines, and equipment to ensure continuous and reliable operation.
Perform preventive maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) according to the approved maintenance plan.
Coordinate with the Electrical Maintenance team for combined troubleshooting of electro- mechanical equipment.
Support the Production team in size changes, product changeovers, and mechanical setup adjustments.
Modify and improve mechanical parts and structures of machines to increase productivity and stability.
Fabricate, assemble, or adjust machine parts as required during repair or improvement.
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools, spare parts, and equipment during maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues such as bearing failure, gear wear, alignment, hydraulic or pneumatic system leakage, etc.

Education: College or University graduate, major in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Other skills:Enthusiastic and proactive at work.Good observation and analytical skills.Friendly, cooperative, and organized in teamwork.Strong problem- solving and troubleshooting skills.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in mechanical maintenance, machine repair, or fabrication.
Professional skills:Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication.Understanding of preventive maintenance and machine improvement.Basic knowledge of safety and maintenance management.
