Maintenance Intern

Overview
This role is focused on developing and implementing robust maintenance strategies to prevent unexpected equipment failures, reduce maintenance costs, and maximize the lifespan of critical machinery. The intern will primarily focus on Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Condition Monitoring initiatives.
Responsibilities

Cost Management: Identify and propose strategies to Reduce Maintenance Spend through efficient planning and execution.
Asset Management: Support the implementation of Condition Monitoring techniques to proactively address machinery health issues.
Spare Part Strategy: Devise and recommend a strategic Spare Part Inventory system for critical machinery to minimize potential downtime.
PM Checklist Development: Develop and standardize a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Checklist based on scheduled inspections, adjustments, and replacements, regardless of current equipment condition (time- based or usage- based).

Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a relevant technical background.
