Maintenance Supervisor

- Supervise & execute routine activities of maintenance team- Plan & execute preventive maintenance plan & check sheet
- Responsible for maintenance for all machinery, equipment, and buildings in line with required standards
- Participate in the routine operation meeting to provide information and historical data and take appropriate actions.
- Perform & support team for troubleshooting
- Execute improvement activities in factory
- Propose & manage spare part in factory
- Create procedure/ work instruction for maintenance activities
- Set up proper maintenance plan and control of documentation concerning mechanical and related issues
- Ensure the machines work safely and all related aspects are in line with company standards as well as legal requirements and regulations.
- Collect data & report weekly for: Weekly plan, Breakdown, store, spare part, maintenance plan…
- Coach and train for technicians and operators in preventive and routine maintenance activities and machinery operations.
Implement LEAN & IWS program- Build system to compliant with safety and quality standard: ISO, AIB, IFS…
- Create and update P&ID for cashew process
Other duties will be assigned by direct report
