• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail- oriented E- Commerce (EC) Specialist to support the launch and ongoing operations of Malbon Vietnam’s e- commerce business. The EC Specialist will be responsible for coordinating website readiness, product catalog management, logistics alignment, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment across online channels. This role requires strong
rganizational skills, a problem- solving mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams.

• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory synchronization
• Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways (Momo, QR code, credit card) and logistics providers.
• Generate daily/weekly reports on online sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer insights
• Collaborate with marketing and store operations to ensure a consistent omnichannel experience.
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and propose improvements.
• Manage product catalog: upload product information, photos, descriptions, pricing, and tagging.
• Coordinate with Shopify vendor and internal teams to set up and launch the e- commerce website
• Define SLA for order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer service workflows.
• Set up and monitor online promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities
• Support customer inquiries and escalations related to online orders.
