Responsibilities:
Growth and Sales
• Shared ownership of the Pipeline with the supervisor
• Developing new business opportunities in FDI segments (China / Taiwan / Hong Kong) for commercial risk solutions in Ha Noi & Northern areas
• Managing the growth planning framework including a regular and dynamic focus on the Market Assessment process.
• Coordinating with Line Manager to strategically retain key clients (Chinese language) in Ha Noi & Northen region.
• Collaborating with Aon network to develop & target on FDI enterprises from China, Taiwan & Hong Kong.
• Accountable for executing the in- country commercial risk solutions growth plan and focused on sales and growth.
Client Ownership
• Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
• Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention.
Operational Excellence
• Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform
• Reviewing all out- going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.
Leadership
• Build on the strengths of the team, developing HiPo talent and address the gaps in expertise.
• Build trusted relationships with the leadership of CRHA that facilitates and encourages collaboration and Aon United opportunities.
• Acting as support and escalation points for team members.
