Manager of Business Solution, Projects & Implementation

Drive value within its existing and new customers
Work closely with the Commercial teams and OPS teams
Lead Business solution project together with the Commercial/CEO
Lead the overall productivity and RFQ success rate.
Support with new product development
Lead the business solution and designs between ITL and its customer
Optimize overall ITL Logistics’s customer experience
Report weekly to COO
Manage internal KPI performance

Go to business trip as required
Understands rapidly changing environment, market opportunities, competitive threats and strengths, and weakness of own and company. Share to employees and push up all for changing to find the better results
Joining some other Projects as required
Always aware the strength from Synergy, combine all ITL internal resources and all BU competitive advantages to maximize our Services to Customers. Pull all BU agree to follow.
Always proactively interact with others to negotiate, maximize their strength, discuss to finalize solutions, greatly achieve targets/assignments; influence others to change their mind
Has a big thinking about business environment and a future overview Try to seize any opportunities in business competition and Growth WITH GREAT RESULTS
Always have clear services goals then consistently deliver action plans and voice within team as well as other depts/divisions, staff to satisfy customers.

Willing to work overtime (out of office hours, weekend, break days) to finish tasks assigned
