MANDARIN TRANSLATOR - PHIÊN DỊCH VIÊN TIẾNG TRUNG

Ensure translation accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and clarity.
Collaborate with teams to anticipate and respond to communication needs in a timely manner.
Assist Mandarin- speaking guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure seamless experiences.
Provide interpretation during meetings, guest interactions, and staff training sessions.
Support departments such as Front Office, F&B, HR, and Sales & Marketing with Mandarin language needs.
Translate written materials such as guest communications, internal documents, training manuals, and marketing content from Mandarin to English/Vietnamese and vice versa.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience as a translator/interpreter, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
Detail- oriented, culturally sensitive, and able to adapt to diverse situations.
Service- minded attitude and ability to thrive in a fast- paced, international environment.
Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Communication, or a related field preferred.
