Manufacturing Engineer (Kỹ Sư Sản Xuất)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure manufacturing process and instructions are followed to keep production equipment operational.
- Perform manufacturing engineering assignments of various degrees of product complexity. Evaluate manufacturing processes. Study production and machine/test fixtures/tooling requirements.
- Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency. Optimize assembly layouts, production lines and machine operations. Complete and evaluate test and production data, prepare technical analysis, recommend manufacturing methods to meet quality objectives.
- Control and document Manufacturing Process Instructions, Train operators on new instructions and processes.
- Provide support to the design, fabrication, modification and evaluation of manufacturing operations. Prepare plan, process and assembly instructions, manufacturing labor standard.

- Project management skills and problem- solving ability.
- College degree bility to interact with all levels with good communication skills.
- Good skill in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Experience in manufacturing
