Manufacturing Manager (working in Hai Phong)

JOB SUMMARY
- Maintenance all facility
- Coordinate continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs across assigned resources and functional areas
- Manage material, capital, and human resources, ensuring their use at the maximum established capacity
- Manufacturing functions efficiently and effectively, ensuring that quality, safety and cost are maintained at optimal levels
- Ensure the correct execution and fulfillment of the production plans in time and quality maintaining the effective cost of the operations
- To hold whole plant equipment maintenance and drive continuous improvement
KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
- Tooling, Equipment and technique support
- Product development and transferring
- Manufacturing launch and transferring
- IATF 16949 & 5S and ISO14001
RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage the Production activities by planning, implementing, monitoring, improving and coordinating with other functions for
smooth and effective productions.
- Monitor the implementation of safety regulations and guidance.
- Participate in the establishment of company’s quality and environment objective, target and programs.
- Monthly meeting with top management about quality requirement from customer and internal.
- Build and train high performing Manufacturing and Production team.
- Manage all issues related production (Production activities, Productivity, Product Quality, Manufacturing Cost and other KPI...).
- Leading all production department members to reach the target and goal; Make sure delivery high quality and lower cost parts to customer on time.
- Import plans for growth, quality, and production to middle managers.
- Participate the meeting with top management for company strategy development meeting
- Production planning issue.
- Daily hold operation meeting with other department to solve daily operation issue such as capacity issues, daily production trouble shooting, and quality issues.

QUALIFICATION
Experience: 5+ years as Manufacturing Manager
Training Need
Bachelor’s degree in Technology and Engineering; and above
IATF16949 & ISO 14001, Leadership skills, People Management, Business English, Exposure to related Plant Facilities
