MarCom Internship

Creates, edits, and distributes hotel promotional materials such as invitations, fliers, posters, and advertisements as directed.
Manages hotel membership status in business chambers and other related organizations
Works with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communication needs.
Assists the Director of Marketing Communications to ensure that the Marketing Communications activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy.
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Understands and strictly adhere to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Has primary responsibility for updating and maintaining current website content
Prepares the monthly Marcom Report.
Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
Develops good community contacts among government, businesses, associations, etc. and supports ad- hoc events and or projects in the community.
Updates and compile press list.
Maintains records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel.
