In this position you will…
be leading integrated marketing and training strategies to drive awareness, acquisition, and sales conversion across bolttech Vietnam’s partner channels, with a seamless blend of digital and retail touchpoints, from concept to execution. You will manage end- to- end planning and collaboration with partners to boost attach rates, sales volume, and retention through creative B2B2C campaigns, data- driven optimization, and high- impact frontline training programs.
You will be responsible for…
- Document key learnings, best practices, and scalable playbooks for marketing and training to improve effectiveness and regional adoption.
- Analyze campaign and training performance (ROI, CTR, conversion, churn, attach rates, sales KPIs, partner NPS); deliver timely market trend analysis with data- led recommendations and action items; manage and monitor marketing asset distribution, training scores, and compliance to ensure effective rollout and continuous improvement.
- Identify customer journeys for up- selling and cross- selling opportunities and support post- purchase engagement programs and training refreshers to sustain conversion and retention.
- Monitor market, competitor, and partner activities to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Develop integrated marketing & training plans and calendars aligned with regional and local growth goals, including account- based marketing strategies and go- to- market plans for new products, partners, and launches across bolttech insurance/protection, brokerage and agency services
- Manage the development, delivery, and evaluation of a comprehensive learning and development strategy that enhances staff capabilities and aligns business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional training managers, design teams, and external agencies to develop engaging training materials, tailored marketing collateral (including copywriting for bolttech device protection products), and sales scripts/aids that make pitches easy to remember and highly impactful.
- Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across departments.
- Plan and execute omni- channel marketing strategies with partners to drive awareness, acquisition, retention, and loyalty, while leading high- impact sales training programs for sales teams.
- Design and deliver localized training programs and materials (onboarding, product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement) in in- person (classroom/in- store), virtual/online, and blended formats using presentations, videos, sales aids, and LMS; incorporating role- playing, interactive exercises, and hands- on practice for frontline/partner staff.
- Develop and implement frontliner engagement activities, innovating new ideas to motivate and excite sales teams in promoting our products.
- Lead marketing and brand initiatives across digital (media publications, social media, SMS/Zalo/WhatsApp/email, KOL/affiliate, content & video), in- store (POSM, digital display, events), and post- purchase (onboarding, upsell/cross- sell, loyalty) channels.
- Arrange regular store visits to build relationships with the sales force and business partners, conduct field coaching, and drive business growth.
