Position Summary
The Content Creator Executive is responsible for planning, creating, and managing high- quality digital content across platforms to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role involves scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing creative content with strong storytelling and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and message consistency in every post.
Work closely with designers, videographers, and influencers to execute content.
Content Creation
Content Strategy & Planning
Conduct audience research to understand trends, user interests, and competitive market direction.
Brand, PR & Collaboration
Present monthly performance reports and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
A/B test content formats, posting time, and messaging to improve engagement and reach.
Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics).
Produce engaging multimedia content (short videos, reels, photos, blog posts, captions, scripts).
Monitor community engagement and respond to comments/messages when required.
Brainstorm creative concepts for social media and digital content (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Website, etc.).
Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product, HR, PR) to support content needs.
Work with KOLs, KOCs, and influencers to co- create content when required.
Social Media Management
Film, edit, and design content optimized for each platform and audience segment.
Develop content calendars aligned with brand strategy, campaigns, product launches, and key marketing initiatives.
Write compelling copy, captions, and storytelling scripts that align with brand voice.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and moderation across platforms.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Stay updated with content trends, pop culture, AI content creation tools, and platform algorithm changes.

Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple projects.
Proficiency in content creation tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Basic photography & videography skills are preferred.
Strong creative skills in video editing, copywriting, and visual storytelling.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields.
At least 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
Familiar with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Sora AI, Foto AI, Runway, CapCut templates) is a plus.
