About the Role
You’ll be the daily voice of the brand, producing sharp content, responding to users&039; DMs, escalating feedback, and keeping our Telegram, Discord, X, and TikTok channels active and on- brand. This role is perfect for someone who asks questions, takes initiative, and never waits to be told what to do.
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Marketing Assistant to manage content, community engagement, and communication across our Solana- based platforms: FluxbeamDEX, FluxRPC, and Rugcheck.
Key Responsibilities
📢 Content Creation & Publishing
• Post across X, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord, maintaining a regular cadence that aligns with each product’s brand identity.
• Highlight key features, updates, and value propositions of our products with compelling content that drives awareness and usage.
• Take notes during internal calls across departments and proactively schedule content based on upcoming launches, priorities, and campaign themes.
• Create engaging short- form videos, graphics, carousels, and post copy using company provided tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and Veo3.
💬 Community & DM Engagement
• Respond to DMs (including spam folders) and user inquiries across all platforms in a timely, professional manner.
• Engage with relevant Solana ecosystem posts on X with thoughtful replies that position our products as leaders, never spammy, always high- value and conversational.
• Manage and grow our Telegram and Discord communities by sharing relevant social posts/tutorials based on user posts.
🔄 Feedback & Internal Coordination
• Ensure issues are tracked and escalated quickly with relevant context.
• Monitor user feedback and surface feature requests, bug reports, or recurring themes to the appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.
• Follow up to verify resolution or communication with the user when applicable through DMs.
🧠 Initiative, Ownership & Brand Consistency
• Ask questions, seek clarity, and bring ideas to the table, initiative is critical to success in the role.
• Continuously look for ways to improve content performance, community health, and engagement strategies.
• Use provided tools to ensure every post is polished, professional, and error- free.
• Maintain full alignment with brand tone, voice, and visuals.
Requirements:
• Comfortable using platforms like TikTok, X, Telegram, and Discord.
• Proficient in tools like Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Veo3, or similar.
• Must be curious, active, and engaged, this is not a passive role.
• Fluent English, strong writing skills with excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail. Nothing should seem rushed to the end user.
• 2–4 years experience in content creation, social media, or community management. (Web3 experience preferred)
• Able to track multiple campaigns, priorities, and conversations without missing a beat.
Bonus Points
Previous experience relaying user feedback between community and product teams.
Experience building viral content on X or TikTok.
Familiarity with Solana.
