Brand Strategy & Positioning
Build and execute annual/quarterly marketing strategies for each brand
Ensure brand consistency across all online & offline touchpoints
Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution
Coordinate multi- channel execution: Social, Ads, Website/SEO, in- store communication
Work with agencies and partners on briefs, timelines, KPIs, and evaluations
Manage integrated campaigns: always- on, seasonal, tactical
Performance Marketing & Analytics
Track and optimize key metrics: views, ROA, conversions
Analyze content and ad performance, report regularly
KOL/KOC & Partnerships
Collaborate with relevant KOL/KOC and brand partners
Plan, execute, and evaluate partnership campaigns
Product Development & Launch
Build go- to- market kits: messaging, visuals, content, internal training
Work closely with Kitchen & FOH on new menu/experience development
Team Leadership & Budget Management
Manage marketing budget and cost efficiency
Report directly to Founder/CEO
Lead the marketing team, set KPIs and working processes

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B / Hospitality / Lifestyle
Proficient in digital marketing tools (Meta, Google, TikTok, basic analytics)
Good English communication skills
Experience managing end- to- end campaigns and budgets
