Optimizing brand communication and activation that results in increased sales, brand loyalty and improving market share and customer target.
Consistently monitoring & analyzing business performance, distribution channels, market situation and competitors to achieve business objective and ensuring marketing budgets are met.
Develop new product launch plans and communications.
Review product sales performance and implement business action to consistently improve sales
Work closely with sales team to ensure the effectiveness of promotional plans and activities via product analysis and report.
Order planning product, Inventory management, Budget control and P/L analysis
Manage the Product Sales, Marketing Plan to achieve the company sales target
Controlling and Implement via allocate budget in overall to meet business objective
Create and Manage Marketing Activity/ Promotion / Price structure
Plan and manage product portfolio according to the product strategy and objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good at coordinating and communication.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Have creative thinking, strong interpersonal skill and highly organized.
Experience in FMCG in personal care or cosmetic category is a plus.
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
5- 10 years in Product Management or related experience.
Ability to understand customer and market dynamics.
Computer literacy in MS Office and related software.
