Marketing Manager ( Làm việc tại VP - Hạ Long)

Within the limits of established VIET ORIENT HOSPITALITY policies and procedures. To develop a Hotel comprehensive and detailed Marketing Plan, ensuring effective implementation of planned strategies and action programs and to ensure achievement of planned sales objectives. Show professionalism in all aspects of works. Strong liaison with DOSM of VOH or Hotels under management of VOH, to ensure maximum productivity and Marketing activity at all times is achieved.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To plan and implement advertising needs for the hotel in line with overall marketing objectives of the Hotel. Advertising plans shall be submitted to DOSM / General Manager for approval before implementation.
• To understand cross- cultural working environment and promote positive, result oriented working environment.
• To initiate Customer Satisfaction Survey and develop programs geared towards Customer Satisfaction.
• To formulate a comprehensive marketing/market coverage plan for all VOHs Hotels. To ensure that weekly marekting activities and reports are submitted and met by for the various market segments.
• Promoting a healthy and safe work environment and reporting any unsafe or hazardous practices or equipment to maintenance or a member of the Health and Safety Committee.
• To develop good rapport with tour operator&039;s etc. in accordance with Marketing Plan to get sales leads, identify potential markets and solicit.
• To strongly liase with Banquet Sales Personnel for selling skills enhancement, product knowledge, tariff updates, promotion development and strategic selling programs.
• To execute tasks and assignment as per DOSM/ General Manager or CEO of VOH instruction from time to time.

- Ngoại hình khá, tính tình trung thực, hướng ngoại năng động
- Tiếng Anh viết và nói tốt
- Sử dụng kĩ năng máy tính tốt (Word, Excel)
