• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and measurable results.
• Develop and execute multi- channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events) from ideation to completion.
• Build and manage partnerships with local and international schools, universities, English centers, and student associations.
• Work closely with design and cross- functional teams to produce compelling and brand- consistent marketing materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management board.
• Provide marketing leadership in planning and executing campaigns aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide reports with actionable insights to management.
• Oversee content strategy and manage channels including Facebook fanpage, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with overseas partners (Australia, UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, etc.) to co- develop campaigns and manage joint budgets.
• Lead the marketing team to design and implement strategies that enhance the company’s brand reputation and generate qualified leads.
• Supervise content distribution to drive consistent traffic, increase engagement, and generate leads.
