Education: • Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred majors include Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Experience: •3 to 8 years of experience in Product Manager (PM) roles in FMCG company overseas
Competency:
•Market/consumer interest and understanding of trends, establishment of hypotheses on business issues and driving work force

Marketing Expertise

•Expertise in commercialization, independent execution of the entire product development process, go- to- market strategy development, and understanding of profit and loss (P&L) analysis
[
Project Management Skills
]
•Experience in communication and collaboration with V/C (Value Chain), relevant departments, and regional teams
[
Global Business Skills
]
•Strong communication and collaboration skills in multicultural environments
[Language Skills]
•Fluent in English (business level)
Preferred
Prefer Proficiency in Korean / prefer MNCs
