Coordinate marketing initiatives that align with the hotel’s brand identity and Fusion Collection standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities – Marketing Manager 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing the hotel’s annual marketing plan and strategies to achieve business objectives.
Support in identifying target markets, trends, and opportunities to enhance brand positioning and revenue growth.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Manage the hotel’s online platforms, including website, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
Create engaging digital content to drive awareness and direct bookings.
Monitor performance analytics, SEO, and social media engagement to optimize online visibility and ROI.
Branding & Collateral Development
Collaborate with the Fusion corporate marketing team for alignment on brand direction and visuals.
Oversee the production of marketing collateral, photoshoots, and creative content for campaigns and promotions.
Ensure all marketing materials, visuals, and communication pieces adhere to brand guidelines.
Public Relations & Media
Maintain strong relationships with local and national media, tourism partners, and influencers.
Coordinate PR activities, press visits, and hotel participation in local events or tourism fairs.
Support in drafting press releases, media kits, and event invitations.
Campaigns & Events
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide post- event reports with recommendations.
Collaborate with Sales, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and guest experience.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events in coordination with relevant departments.
Reporting & Budget Control
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, digital performance, and campaign results.
Track marketing expenses to ensure cost- effectiveness within the approved budget.
Team Support & Coordination
Ensure smooth coordination between the marketing team and other hotel departments.
Guide and support junior marketing staff or interns in daily activities.

Job Requirements – Marketing Supervisor
Education & Experience
Experience in hotel marketing, digital campaigns, or social media management is an advantage.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge & Skills
Proficient in content creation, social media management, and online advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Familiar with website management, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and branding strategies.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or photography is a plus.
Language & Communication
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Ability to write and edit marketing content professionally and creatively.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Personal Attributes
Creative, detail- oriented, and highly organized.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Strong sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Others
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
Willing to work flexible hours when required for events, promotions, or campaigns.
