Marketing Trainee / Thực Tập Sinh Marketing

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials across various channels (social media, website, email, print).
• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company&039;s brand guidelines and identity.
• Design visually engaging content such as social media graphics, flyers, banners, and basic video edits using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
Photography & Visual Content Production:
• Manage and organize the company&039;s library of visual assets (photos and videos).
• Edit and retouch photographs to a professional standard for use on digital platforms and printed materials.
• Plan, set up, and execute photo shoots for products, events, and marketing campaigns.
General Marketing Support:
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Marketing team&039;s operations.

You should be a high- potential trainee who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in the hospitality industry with the following attributes
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent).
• A portfolio demonstrating design and/or photography work is highly desirable.
• Basic to intermediate photography skills, including knowledge of lighting and composition, and proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Can do a 4- 6 months internship onsite at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Bay Resort & Spa.
