Responsibilities and Duties:
Predict customer behavior using cohort/RFM/segmentation analysis, and propose retention strategies (churn prevention, win- back, reactivation);
Collaborate with Digital, Social, and Product teams to ensure Martech initiatives contribute to achieving 1st booking and retention KPIs;
Operate and optimize the entire multi- channel automation flow (push, in- app, email, SMS, Zalo OA, etc.);
Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Manage and utilize the Custom Data Platform: user segmentation, data enrichment, and integration with other digital channels;
Monitor and report key metrics: CVR, CTR, Open Rate, Churn Rate, Retention Rate, and LTV;
Analyze customer behavior through the data funnel (Install- Register- Booking- Retention) to identify drop- off points and churn causes;
Build and manage churn- to- retention scenarios on CleverTap (or similar tools), conduct A/B tests to enhance performance;
Plan user engagement activities at key touchpoints along the customer journey (lifecycle marketing) to improve conversion rate and lifetime value;
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields;
Bonus: Experience collaborating with data teams or using CDPs (e.g., Segment, Insider, Amplitude);
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and lifecycle models;
Logical thinker with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail;
Have a personal laptop.
Proficient in at least one Martech/CRM platform (e.g., CleverTap, Braze, Netcore, Salesforce, MoEngage, etc.);
2 years of experience in Martech, CRM, or Data Marketing or similar role;
Hands- on experience in designing user journeys and automation campaigns for mobile apps;
