Material Planner

Main Objectives:

Material plan arrangement and adjustment
Inventory Controlling
Contact window of internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations
Strengthen supplier base and develop reliable, competitive, and localized sources.

Main responsibilities
· Monitor and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
· Collaborate with program teams for ECN and BOM updates.
· Ensure suppliers deliver materials on time to maintain plant availability.
· Optimize material inventory (DOH and value) to meet company targets.
· Track imported materials and minimize premium freight costs.
· Act as the key person for material part number changes and follow- up.
· Arrange material plans based on production schedules or finished goods delivery timelines; update ERP systems and communicate with suppliers.

Other requirements: Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
Practical experience: Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain Management.
Hands- on material panning experience with ERP systems and common business platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
Languages: Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
