Material Purchasing Executive

Working with bank to open LC or make Payment and processing documents to take cargoes from port and support customs clearance. Coordination with Logistic department to finish port process and deliver cargo to correct factory
Performing inventory inspections and re- ordering stock as necessary. Ensuring all materials are packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct factory on time.
Working with third parties such as: bank, insuarance, forwarder.
Research and sourcing new suppliers. Checking services and negotiating the best or most cost- effective contracts and deals.
Checking and offering material price and lead time to sales when inquiries
Working with internal department (accounting, legal, factory) to complete purchasing contract and internal document.
Other jobs: making PO, ERP, CMS, certificates, related reports,…
Working with Factory, Sales team, and Accounting to plan material purchasing

Experience working in a Spinning Company as a purchasing representative, especially for cotton and polyester spun fiber.
Ability to analyze raw material test results (HVI data) and strong knowledge of test terminologies and quality indicators.
Ability to respond to claims
Solid knowledge of the raw cotton purchasing process and related documentation.
Planning raw material purchase compared to spinning production
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or related fields.
Ability to analyze the market trend based on market data (Price chart, USDA supply/demand).
Good English communication skills.
Understanding of the futures market and proven experience applying market analysis to actual purchasing decisions.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Sourcing (preferably with experience in buying cotton, yarn, or related raw materials).

Allowances: Lunch at the company canteen + Gas allowance: 10,000 VND/day.
Bonus: 13th- month salary + KPI performance bonus.
Insurance: Full benefits (Health, Social, Unemployment Insurance) based on actual salary.
Annual Leave: 12 days per year.
