Mechanical Design Engineer/ Kỹ sư thiết kế cơ khí

Working place: VMS Engineering. Add: Lot D, Loc An Binh Son Industrial Zone, Long Thanh Commune, Dong Nai, Vietnam
RIGHTS:

Mechanical System Design (MSD)
· Ensure compliance with the industry’s safety and design standards (Australian Standard and/or ISO)
· Create Jacon Equipment machine manuals: operator’s manual, maintenance manual and spare part manual
· Generate AutoCAD cutting files for production & obtain approval
· Create and/or update 3D model of vehicle to meet the customer requirements
· Generate and/or update production 2D drawings, Autobuilts drawing & obtain approval
· Manage the project on- time and on- spec
Hydraulic System Design (HSD)
· Verify hydraulic component specification
· Review and update hydraulic schematic to meet the customer requirements
Bill of Material (BOM)
· Create hydraulic & mechanical BOM
Others
· Support external customer to solve the on- site problems of Jacon Equipment machine
· Cross- department collaboration & engineering support
Prepare engineering document such as QC check sheet, work instruction, etc.

Job Related Experience: 3- 5- year practical experience in equipment design
Industrial knowledge: Mining & construction equipment is a plus
Education: Graduated from Technical University, Major: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar
Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):
- Able to work in a team environment
- Good in oral and written English
- Inventor, AutoCAD, ANSYS, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
- Good problem- solving and communication skills
