Mechanical Design Engineer

Our team consists of passionate professionals driven by a shared vision of creating a greener and more sustainable future through innovation, technology, and excellence.In this role, you will be instrumental in the Vehicle Development Division, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting- edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed 2D and 3D models of mechanical designs
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing to understand project requirements and objectives
- Generate engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and technical reports
- Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems for electric vehicles, including chassis, body structures, suspension systems, and drivetrains components
- Prototype and test mechanical designs to validate performance, identify potential issues, and optimize for efficiency and manufacturability
- Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering analysis to evaluate design concepts and ensure performance, reliability, and safety
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source components and materials, ensuring quality, cost- effectiveness, and timely delivery
