Mechanical Maintenance Engineer _ Kỹ Sư Bảo Trì Cơ Khí

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor equipment performance and reliability; analyze vibration, temperature, and lubrication data.
Supervise contractors and maintenance technicians during overhaul or shutdown activities.
Support commissioning and start- up of new equipment or modifications.
Prepare and maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and equipment history files.
Coordinate with operations, instrumentation, and electrical teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and identify root causes to recommend corrective actions.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans for rotating equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
Perform maintenance, inspection, and repair of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, and agitators.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with company safety standards and regulatory requirements.
