Media SMB & Project Execution Executive

Media Operation Contract (Execution & Performance Support)

Under Media Operation contracts, the SMB Executive supports media execution and performance tracking, including:
Coordinating with Media and Content teams to ensure assets and campaigns are executed as planned.
Monitoring basic performance metrics and assisting in data collection and reporting.
Supporting budget tracking and flagging potential issues to the SMB Manager.
Supporting the setup and execution of media activities, particularly TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop campaigns.

Project Management Contract (Project Coordination Support)

Under Project Management contracts, the SMB Executive supports project coordination and vendor communication:
Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on assigned tasks and deliverables.
Support communication and coordination with platform partners and external vendors involved in the project.
Notify the SMB Manager promptly when operational issues, delays, or vendor- related risks arise.
Maintain project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and reports to ensure information transparency.
Assist in executing project tasks according to defined timelines, checklists, and priorities.

Requirements

Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
English is a must
Basic knowledge of TikTok Ads and/or TikTok Shop is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, E- commerce, or an agency environment.
