Medical Manager (M.d. / Medical Doctor Degree)

As our Medical Manager, you will join the medical affairs team in Vietnam and will hold a shared responsibility for the creation and appliance of medical strategies aligned to the overall Vietnam affiliate objectives and Novo Nordisk ways. As an integral part of the organization, your nature and scope of main accountabilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute Medical Affairs (MA) strategies based on patient needs, lead evidence generation, and drive scientific dialogue and publication strategies.
- Collaborate across teams and with healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes, ensuring compliance and internal regulatory standards.
- Establish the medical strategy plan for Cardiometabolic and Diabetes in alignment with business needs. Lead the execution of scientific and medical educational activities, provide guidance and training on product use, and ensure compliance with ethical and quality standards.
- Collaborate with field medical colleagues for medical affairs activities in the Cardiometabolic therapy area.
