Academic Qualification: MBBS, Medical Doctor, or equivalent medical/pharmacy background

ROLE
A motivated and talented Medical Writer will be responsible for creating high- quality, evidence- based content across various therapeutic areas, aligning with the key messages and communication goals of our clients, which include pharmaceutical companies and healthcare service providers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the line manager and interdepartmental team members to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects.
EXPECTATIONS FROM YOU
Content Creation

Utilize ChatGPT to write, translate, and review content following regional content development protocols.
Support content strategy, transforming client briefs into writing plans.
Closely measure the content engagement metrics and propose adaptations and actions to achieve KPIs.
Maintain and ensure the high quality as well as the aligned quarterly and monthly content quantity.
Review and adapt content from external medical content resources to broaden coverage across specialties and enhance the quantity of content.
Ensure all content meets regional and local requirements by adapting language and style appropriately.
Develop and write in- depth, high- quality, evidence- based content for various specialties, focusing on those aligned with the business plan.

Promotional Activities

Oversee in- app assistant tools designed for content engagement.
Create and manage promotional content for some assigned campaigns including emailing, notifications, social media posts, etc. to serve engagement and acquisition objectives.

Cross- Team Collaboration and Support

Provide support to other regional teams when needed including product, operation, technique, etc. with a focus on language, new feature testing, and user experience.
Provide support to other teams as needed.
Collaborate closely with designers, partnerships, and technical operators among the VN Engagement team to produce different content types and promotional activities to contribute to achieving engagement KPIs.

WHAT WE&039;RE LOOKING FOR
Skills required

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Familiarity with scientific publishing standards and medical terminology.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Experience working with cross- functional teams and using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is an advantage.​
Proven experience in content writing, editing, or medical communications.
