Ensure departmental operations, customer information and needs are captured and processed promptly
Check room status, special reception preparations for VIP and VVIP guests
Resolve guest complaints, ensure prompt handling and report to management
Check and monitor guest payment process.
Prepare daily reports: Daily incident reports and statistical related reports
Supervise all Hotel activities to ensure customer satisfaction and safety
Flexibly coordinate with related departments to best resolve guest complaints
Ensure accurate completion of night audit
Manage activities of all staff on duty to ensure they comply with the Hotel&039;s operating standards, rules and regulations
Understand customer needs and requirements carefully

College Degree or above
2 years in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel
Computer Skills
Vietnamese- Excellent level, written & spoken
English- Good level, written & spoken
