MEP Bim Modeler

Design and Modeling:
• Use BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks) to design and develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models including LOD300, LOD350, LOD400, LOD500 for MEP system of projects.
Coordination and Collaboration:
• Create clash detection report
• Participate in BIM Coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and adjust models.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure good coordination among departments.
Quality Assurance and Control:
• Implement and enforce best practices and standards in BIM modeling and documentation.
• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of BIM models to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Review and Adjust:
• Adjust models according to project requirements and design changes.
• Check and analyze BIM models to identify and fix technical errors.
Document and Information Management:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present and report issues and work progress clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Ensure all documents and models are stored and managed in an organized and efficient manner.
• Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, and information related to the BIM model.
• Strong ability to analyze, identify, and solve technical issues in BIM models.

Good command of English, both verbal and written.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM or MEP- related roles.
Qualifications & Requirements
Strong understanding of MEP systems in construction.
BIM or software- related certifications are advantageous.
Ability to work on overseas projects (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.).
