MEP QS Executive

• Perform quantity take- offs from design drawings to determine the necessary work items.
• Analyze costs and prepare financial reports related to MEP projects.
• Process payments for contractors and suppliers.
• Track and control project costs.
• Verification the workdone & price assessment on claim of vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, …)
• Draft, review, and manage MEP contracts.
• Monitor contract execution and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive quantity measurement.
• Calculate and estimate costs for MEP components, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
• Report progress and cost updates to management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and cost estimation software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Economics, Construction Engineering, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications in QS or MEP are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying or similar roles.
• Experience in construction projects involving MEP works is preferred.
• Good command of English for communication and technical documentation.
• Ability to work on overseas projects (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, etc.).
