College or University degree in Garment/Textile, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garment/textile industry
(preferably in knitwear, woven, or activewear).
• Good knowledge of garment production processes, materials, technical standards, and
quality control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP, or other order management systems.
• Good command of English (both written and verbal).
• Strong negotiation, planning, and time management skills.
