Merchandiser

Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Negotiate price, delivery terms and contracts to optimize cost and ensure stable supply.
Manage purchasing transactions with existing suppliers and develop new qualified suppliers.
Prepare and check purchasing documents, ensure compliance with company procedures.
Evaluate supplier performance and resolve issues arising during the purchasing process.
Monitor inventory, plan purchasing orders and coordinate with warehouse to maintain sufficient stock.

Interest in furniture industry and materials is a plus.
Good command of English and Microsoft Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics or related fields.
Responsible, proactive, honest and detail- oriented.
At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
Understanding of logistics and supply chain.
Strong negotiation, problem- solving and cost control skills.
