Customer Inquiry Management
- Accurately identify client needs and product requirements relating to technical specifications, quality standards, delivery expectations, cost parameters, and more.
- Receive, process, and provide necessary information to fulfill customer inquiries
- Assess internal capabilities, such as product technical feasibility, production capacity, quality standards, to determine if orders can be fulfilled to customer specifications
Order Coordination and Execution
- Construct and coordinate comprehensive order execution plan, clearly identifying necessary milestones, timelines, and people- in- charge to fulfill customer orders
- Communicate promptly and transparently with customers to provide updates on progress, address any potential issues proactively, and maintain positive relationships
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Research & Development, Planning, Production, and Quality Assurance, to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met
Customer Demand Analysis
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that can inform strategic decisions, helping shape the company’s strategy to better meet customer needs and respond to changing demand patterns
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain an overview of order details, ensuring alignment between customers’ requirements and factory resources and capabilities

- Bachelors’ degree
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical, problem- solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding academic performance and strong record of extracurricular activity
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English or Chinese

- Transportation from HCM, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa to the plant
