Merchandiser – Apparel Manufacturing (Salary 18M - 25M)

- Prepare and manage order documentation (PI, PO, production sheet, booking form, basic export docs)
- Support with logistics and forwarders for shipment arrangements when required
- Coordinate with technical teams and factory to develop samples and monitor production status
- Communicate with customers regarding product requirements, pricing, and production timelines
- Report progress and risks to team lead/management
- Review samples, provide feedback, and ensure improvements until approval
- Work with suppliers for fabric, trims, printing, embroidery, labels, and packaging
- Build and maintain detailed production timeline and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams

- Strong English communication skills (international clients)
- 1–2 years experience as a Merchandiser in apparel manufacturing (preferably factory experience)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timeline management
- Ability to read tech packs and understand development–to–bulk production workflow
- Experience working with printing, embroidery, trims, and packaging

Preferred:
- Experience handling orders for US/Australia/Korea/Japan markets
- Basic understanding of export documentation
- Chinese language ability (advantage for supplier communication)
