Merchandising Manager (Chinese Brand)

Are you a highly experienced professional in the garment industry, ready to lead a dynamic team and drive production efficiency? We are looking for a skilled Merchandising/Production Control Manager to oversee our bulk order management and supplier relations.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Supplier Management (Crucial): Work closely with material suppliers and sub- contractors to ensure material quality and right- in- time delivery for production schedules. This includes resolving quality/delivery issues and managing liability costs.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Merchandising team to ensure high performance and efficient workflow across all factory locations.
System & SOP: Implement and upgrade systems and SOPs for smooth departmental operation and continuous staff skill improvement.
Order Management: Control and monitor bulk orders from confirmation to on- time delivery (OTD) to meet customer KPIs.
Customer Relations: Oversee market trends, develop merchandising strategies, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Experience: Proven experience in Bulk Order Management and a deep understanding of garment manufacturing, Merchandising, and Technical knowledge.
Language Proficiency: Excellent communication in English with customers and technical documents.
Education: University bachelor&039;s degree (Garment Technology preferred).
Cultural/Language Specificity (PS):
We request a Taiwanese professional with experience in the Merchandiser/Production control position who is able to communicate with CHINA suppliers through Chinese.
