Merchandising Vice Manager (Garment, Open for Expats)

Supervise and coach merchandisers, delegate tasks, and oversee daily operations.
Manage full merchandising operations including sample development, price negotiation, order follow- up, and customer reception.
Solve customer problems and perform other duties as directed by the General Director.
Collaborate with upper management and other departments to keep projects on schedule.
Analyze customer requirements, set realistic deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
Ensure timely order delivery and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Establish work plans for purchase orders (POs), coordinate activities, and monitor progress.

Ability to multitask with high initiative and integrity.
Fluent and proficient in English.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership in developing, motivating, and managing effective teams.
Assertive, self- motivated, and highly organized.
Proven ability to work independently with overseas buyers.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
