Merchant Financing Solutions Associate (E-commerce)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail- oriented Merchant Financing Third Party Associate to support the execution and expansion of Merchant Financing solutions across the markets. In this role, you will work closely with the Solutions, local market, and cross- functional teams to ensure smooth market rollouts, effective go- to- market (GTM) execution, and strong operational performance
Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and maintaining operational documentation (SOPs, campaign briefs)
Support data tracking and reporting for business performance (penetration rate, disbursement, approval rate) and marketing activities (open rate, CTR, CVR)
Coordinate with local market teams (launcher, seller education, category, account manager) to support GTM activities, campaign execution (interest- free promotions, double dates promotion, whitelist expansion)
Support the execution of Merchant Financing rollout across the markets by assisting the Solutions team in day- to- day operational activities and market launches.

Qualifications

Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools (Excel, Sheets, BI tools is a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, fintech, payments, or e- commerce related roles.
Highly organized, detail- oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams across markets.
Strong coordination and communication skills with cross- functional teams.
Good English communication skills; SEA market language speaker is a plus.
