Meta Ads Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Up To $7,000 + Sign On Bonus)

Plan, set up, and optimize advertising campaigns effectively.
Keep your finger on the pulse of digital advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
Plan and execute performance marketing strategies on multiple digital platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data- driven decisions for optimization.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
Test and iterate ad creatives, signal segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.

A bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

Having Data certificates, specialized certificates is an advantage
Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled.

More than 3 year of experience in performance marketing, focus on conversion objective
Experience in the e- commerce industry or agency marketing is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
