JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with the video team and provide support during content production and shooting when needed.
Prepare shooting scripts, content outlines, and creative directions for video production.
Develop content ideas, write captions, and create short- form scripts for social media and campaign content.
Monitor social media trends and adapt content effectively across multiple platforms.
Research audience insights, competitors, and industry trends to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content deliverables are executed on time and meet quality standards.
Prepare content briefs and reference materials for KOLs/KOCs to support affiliate and influencer campaigns.
Support content performance tracking and suggest improvements based on insights.

JOB REQUIREMENT

At leasr 2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
Ability to write social captions and basic video scripts/storylines.
Creative, trend- aware, and proactive in generating ideas.
Strong interest in content production and short- form video creation.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast paced environment.
