Middleware Engineer (Oracle Tuxedo)

We are seeking a Middleware Engineer to lead and execute the migration of Oracle Tuxedo middleware in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and seamless integration with migrated application components.
Key Responsibilities:

Produce technical documentation, including migration notes, configurations, and risk assessments
Collaborate daily with Tech Lead and Project Manager on technical decisions
Support integration with C applications and backend databases
Execute Oracle Tuxedo service migration, configuration, and performance tuning
Troubleshoot middleware issues related to transactions, performance, and failover
Analyze existing Tuxedo- based middleware architecture and define migration scope

Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in middleware engineering
Strong understanding of:– Distributed transaction processing– Middleware performance tuning– Unix/Linux environments
Hands- on experience with Oracle Tuxedo (mandatory)
Experience in migration or system modernization projects
Good English communication skills
